Small, split and dry as you like, perfect for wood fires of any kind.

We used these to fire the DJ smoker, Della, throughout the summer last year along the festival circuit.

Some might think that these are too dry to use in a smoker, however, we really like the clean flavours that a log in flame gives to your food. You will often find smouldering logs can give an acrid smoke that can taint your once glorious food.
